I studied and got my honours degree in Biokintetics at the University of the Free State and before this got my personal training certificate from Fit Pro. This has allowed me to gain knowledge in how to train and how the body works and responds to exercise.

As a Biokineticist I always come across individuals who do not enjoy going to gym and lifting weights. I found myself looking for alternatives for my clients and that is when I came across TRX. With TRX one can exercise the whole body while in the comfort of your own home or at the studio. TRX will not just improve your strength but make you aware of your posture and form during exercising

Strength training is not just about lifting weights and pushing yourself to lift more but rather about whether you can lift your own body weight while pushing and pulling during exercise and having the endurance to do so without failure. TRX is a combination of physics, your inner strength and how well you activate your core.
